The package — usual first step

The $225 package is the usual first step: a baseline DEXA body composition plus a 90-day re-measure, booked together (two scans within six months). It is for people who are changing fat, muscle, or a training plan and want the second measurement already decided.

You get a medical-grade DEXA look at visceral fat, muscle, bone mineral, and left–right arms and legs — then time to understand the scores and sketch now / next / later.

Body composition is usually worth repeating around 90 days when you are actively working a plan. Bone is a longer clock.

A single visit

The $150 single visit is the cheaper entry if you only want one measurement. Same composition look — without the follow-up already on the calendar.

Bone density, when that is the question

The $100 visit is a lumbar spine and dual-femur bone-density study — the skeletal sites most often used to look at bone. It is not the same appointment as a full body-composition DEXA. If you need both, say so when you book.

Bone follow-up is typically 12–24 months unless your doctor asks for sooner.
