Movement quality
Motion evaluation is how we look at how you move — when that question belongs in the plan.
Markerless tracking can establish a baseline of strength, stability, balance, and range of motion. At Tune Me it is a clinic tool. It is not a priced consumer package on this site.
A motion evaluation is an advanced, markerless movement assessment. It looks at how your body performs in real time.
It can provide objective measurements of:
- Strength
- Stability
- Balance
- Range of motion
Clinicians often use this kind of baseline before or after physical therapy, training, or a procedure — to see what changed, what is limited, and what is starting to drift.

Why measure movement?
You cannot improve what you do not measure.
A motion evaluation gives you a baseline of how you move, so you can:
- See progress that is hard to feel day to day
- Notice weakness or imbalance earlier
- Keep a small problem from becoming the thing you organize your year around
- Decide what belongs in training or rehab — with whoever already owns that part of your care
It is information in service of a plan. It is not a second sport-science product we are asking you to buy from the homepage.
How often?
The right frequency depends on the question you are asking. Common patterns:
- Before and after physical therapy, surgery, or injury recovery
- Every few months when you are actively changing something
- Annually for a general movement check
- One baseline, with follow-up only if the plan needs it
If you already have DEXA scores, motion is sometimes the missing half of “what now?” — especially when left and right do not match, or when walking and standing are the complaint. Read what now, then ask us.

How we talk about it here
Motion evaluation is part of the Tune Me clinic program. We will tell you if it would help answer your question.
We are not listing a consumer price or a hard sell for motion on this site. If you called about a scan, you will not be talked into a second product at the front desk. If movement quality is the actual problem, we will say so and schedule it as part of care.
Call (913) 291-2819 and ask. Start with DEXA if you do not have scores yet.
