Posture is how you hold still.

Analysis looks at alignment at rest and the imbalances that make movement more expensive. We use it when it helps answer what now — not as a product on a shelf.

Posture analysis evaluates how your body is aligned at rest.

Using motion tracking, it can identify imbalances and deviations that contribute to pain, stiffness, or inefficient movement.

It can help identify:

  • Forward head posture
  • Shoulder or hip imbalances
  • Spinal alignment issues
  • Asymmetries that may be loading one side more than the other

Understanding posture is useful when it changes what you do next — the chair, the lift, the walk, the physical-therapy homework you already have.

After the look

Posture is a movement question. It often belongs next to the asymmetry plan on What now, or next to a motion evaluation when standing and how you hold still are part of the complaint.

We do not sell posture analysis as a standalone consumer offer on this site. Ask us if it belongs in your visit.
